CLEANER: The Novel - Part One - NOW AVAILABLE!!!!!

It's finally up there folks! Two months later than advertised, but finally ready for you to read!

Cleaner Part One is now available as an eBook!

So if you can't wait for the serial to end then now's your chance to get hold of it.

It's been tidied up and streamlined from the original web version too so this is the definitive edition you can read and reread in years to come.

This is Part One

As I've mentioned before, this expanded version of Cleaner has grown so much that it won't fit into one book so this first release is the first part of three. I'll be releasing parts two and three as serials on this site in due course and then publishing them too when they're complete.

(I just don't want you to run and get this thinking it will end the story - there's a lot more to come in the future!)

What it Says on the Back of the Book

“A MASTERWORK”

Dahlia Western is beautiful and wealthy. She seems to have everything, especially with her modelling career on the verge of a comeback. But Dahlia begins to develop a strange and erotic obsession with Melissa, her grossly obese cleaner, making her want to swap places with her, just for the day, and take on her simple life and duties.
Melissa is eager to take part and soon the two women are swapping clothes and identities, Dahlia becoming the cleaner while Melissa lounges about and swims in the pool. But this isn’t enough for Dahlia. She wants more, and as the days go on, the games become more elaborate with her taking on the submissive role and Melissa asserting her dominance.
As things go further and the pair run greater risk of discovery, repressed secrets in Dahlia’s past come to light that might just push her over the edge. The question now isn’t whether their odd arrangement will be discovered, but whether anything can stop them from taking it all the way.

“REALLY PUSHES THE BUTTONS OF ANYONE WHO RESPONDS TO EROTIC HUMILIATION”

How Much Does it Cost?

The eBook is available for $2.99 or £1.94.

Bearing in mind that most transformation "novels" on Amazon are 20-60 pages long for the same price and this is 309 pages then you may agree that this constitutes a bargain.

When Will Other Formats be Available?

I'm going to work on getting the hard copy format out ASAP. The paperback version should be out in a few days.

Where Can You Get It?

Right now you can get the Kindle book on:

(Don't forget you can get a Kindle Reader free download from the Amazon site onto your computer and you can get the Kindle app on your smart phone or tablet.

And you can get all the following formats from Smashwords:

PDF
RTF
Kindle
Plain Text
Online Reader
ePub

So basically, if you have a computer then you'll definitely be able to read it today.

Don't Forget to Leave a Review!!!!!

Most importantly, don't forget to leave a review, and/or come back here and leave a comment!

    1. Heh heh. Well...

Next I'm going to be catching up with Lady Ann and Sixth Guest. Then I'm going to concentrate on getting out A New You 2 and maybe Eyes of the Hawk.

By about then, the Cleaner Part One serial will be complete. Then I'll probably start writing and releasing Part Two as a serial. Then it'll be the same kind of deal as with part one. The part two book will come out as soon as it's complete.

Not for a while yet basically. But not too far in the distance either.

    2. Well, I am absolutely thrilled... I did not expect half of what happened. Well done, you really found some terrific dark themes to put in there and have made it quite plausible. I really could not put it down till I finished. Will this one be in paperback too? - MikeW

  4. I couldn't resist buying Cleaner this morning. Now I have to wait ages and ages for part 2 :( My fault for being impatient, I suppose but it was worth it both to get a big slice of the forthcoming story in one delicious go and also to reward Emma just a little for her generosity in keeping we Finnfans entertained here for free.

    1. Thanks Robyn. If it makes you feel better, most "normal" authors release a book a year or less so one every month or two plus three ongoing serials should keep you busy in the meantime.

      :)

      I'll do my best!

    2. Are you claiming to be "abnormal", Emma? Or perhaps "supernormal" :)

I won't try to review the online version of Cleaner here properly save to tell potential buyers that there's a lot more of Book 1 to read in the full version than that already posted. I've only read my Amazon copy from the point the serialisation stops here and I was certainly entertained for long enough to make the modest price well worth it.

Quite a lot happens that is unexpected (as you'd expect :) ) before it heads to its little cliffhanger which leaves the reader gasping for more. I'll certainly be buying Book 2 and probably Book 3.

Buy it Finnfans. You won't regret it.

    3. Thanks Robyn!

Yes... I'm not sure "normal" cuts it really when it comes to me. :)

Don't forget to leave a review on the site you bought it!

  5. Even though checking your blog for a another installment of The Cleaner became my daily obsession, I still had to buy it. I swallowed it in one go and now feel desperate after your cliffhanger of an ending... Wonderful job. You keep outdoing yourself.

    1. Oooo, thanks Camille!

Cliffhanger? Surely I wouldn't be so cruel to leave a cliffhanger?

  6. Emma,
    Brilliant.
So much detail, I like all your other Finnfans can`t wait for the next, though of course we have to.
Just a thought, given that I expect that all your regular readers will have bought the book ( or at least they should have) aren't they going to find the continuation of the episodes a little un-necessary.(Please don`t take this comment as a criticism, it`s only an observation.)

    1. Hmmm....

      (Ponders long and hard)

I could put it out as a question and see what people say.

It would mean I wouldn't be given a breather to write A New You 2 or Eyes of the Hawk and would be right back under the gun for getting Lady Ann, Sixth Guest and Cleaner 2 out again. I've run out of episodes for all three of these serials at the moment and my life is more hectic than ever before.

      (Ponders again)

It's tempting. I wonder if people who don't want to read the book would feel cheated at being forced to buy it. On the other hand, £1.94 isn't the biggest sacrifice in the world...

      (Continues to ponder)

    2. Emma,
Oh I feel really guilty now, I did not intend to put you under any pressure and I assure you any work you put out is much appreciated.
I admit though that I`m enthralled by Cleaner and consider it your "masterwork".
      BillA.
PS. Could I recommend a little light relief. A story recently posted on The Changing Mirror, by ideasfactory. called Closing the Gap is well worth a look.
It`s the best story posted on that site for quite a while in my opinion,(apart from yours of course.)

    3. Hi Bill. Don't worry. I like to listen to readers views and take them into account. There's no point me chuntering along in my own little world. It's about give and take.

      I give. You take.

I'm kidding! Really. Always say if you have an idea.

    5. Just read the story. It was excellent and not far at all from Cleaner in theme.

    6. Glad you liked it. I agree with the Cleaner comment, perhaps that`s why I enjoyed it so much.
OMG!! do you think I`m becoming obsessed.?

  7. I've also regularly come here both to read the latest mini-episode of Cleaner and to see what others say about it. Having bought the book I won't be reading the new episodes but I will probably drop by to see the comments.

I've also been copy/pasting each episode into a Word file saved alongside your FM stories in my HD story collection so I'll probably continue to do that in the spirit of a 'collector' - sometimes called an 'anorak' :)

I don't see why people should feel cheated when what they're getting is free. They could consider the story posted so far as a huge teaser (about 2/3?) for the whole book. However I feel your conflict. If there's nothing else for you to post to keep we fans checking in regularly then perhaps it's better to keep going. On the other hand ...

    1. It's tricky. I continued with the Lady Ann 1 serial and went on getting comments for the rest of the run. it also gave me loads of time to do other projects.

  8. Emma, I've just finished "Cleaner" I have to admit that I've "dipped" in a few times and wasn't going to purchase a copy until at least the second part was ready to be published but in a moment of weakness I did. It's ruined my sleep because I couldn't put it down and my poor aged Kindle's battery needed some TLC. The story was gripping from the first page and slightly uncomfortable using two people with mental health issues as a vehicle for a work of fiction but it works. Part of me wants Melissa to be more sympathetic but a sympathetic character probably wouldn't work as well but no doubt part two will tell. Thanks, Chris.

    1. Thanks Chris! I'm very glad you liked it. I try really hard to make my books gripping and it looks like I hit home with you. That makes me really happy.

I know what you mean about Melissa and I could have chosen to make her more "normal." If I had I think the book would have needed to be a lot longer to justify her motivation. It makes the book a bit larger than life but it does keep the action going.
